Lee Robbins


Lee Robbins began his career in the early 90’s as an end user with a new upstart, SunSystems. Teaching himself the finer configuration options this early career period concluded with him implementing SunSystems for his employer, a successful media company, boasting clients such as The Spice Girls and Pepsi Co., saving a significant implementation cost. He then went on to a successful 17 year career as a Senior SunSystems Application Consultant culminating with 9 years at Infor, the world’s 3rd largest privately owned software company, during which he was exposed to a wide range of industry leading business software applications and innovative solution building.

Those early years as an end user, followed by consulting at numerous companies across the globe with Infor, has built up a customer focused empathy and business understanding that he exploited working at the highly respected Infor Gold Partner, Sapphire Systems, where he was the Global Head of FMS and Business Intelligence practices.

He is now combining customer empathy, specialist product knowledge, and project delivery expertise to provide powerful enterprise level BI, Analytical and Planning software solutions, using industry leading software applications. Using data intelligently has become a mantra he wants all businesses to embrace and is partnering with them to exploit the Intellectual Property buried within their existing systems.

Rob Gibney


Rob Gibney is an expert in the technology sector with almost forty years’ experience in a range of roles from business development to project delivery and after-sales customer success. Having been trained at Unisys, he has held positions at Sage, Belden, Imtech and Oracle amongst others. He was also Managing Director at Kypera, a leading provider of ERP systems to the social housing sector (amongst others), which was sold to Castleton plc in 2016.

He was recently Sales Director at Oracle Corporation UK where he led teams to sell and successfully deliver Oracle ERP Cloud into the Public Sector, notably Central Government and Police.

His expertise is helping technology businesses establish and implement their market strategy as well as mentoring sales teams and positively contributing to successful customer projects. He has a wide range of industry expertise including logistics, broadcasting, social housing, not-for-profit, FMCG and public sector.

Rob graduated in Mathematics at the University of Nottingham and spends his spare time walking his dog along the beaches of Norfolk. He is married with grown-up children and lives in St Albans.

David Stead


David Stead is a Finance Director servicing SMEs on a freelance basis through his business Foxtrot Delta Limited. He provides business guidance during their growth phases, fundraising or support during the due diligence process of a sale or acquisition. His current clients include film sales agency, Rocket Science, helping the business grow from start-up in 2016 to profitable and established player in the independent film market. He leads all the financial aspects of the business including budgets, management reporting, shareholder presentations and film modelling. Other clients are talent agency Rommell Swire, whom he led through a sale in 2017 delivering all due diligence requirements and assisting with negotiation of some key financial areas (he continues to assist the vendors of Romelle Swire during their earn-out period) and start up fashion brand, Sibling Rivalry.

He previously worked within the media industry for 25 years most recently at Oscar winning producer Jeremy Thomas’ Hanway Films, an independent sales agency and production company, Recorded Picture Company, as FD. Prior to that he was at Simon Fuller’s 19 Entertainment having financial responsibility for projects involving David and Victoria Beckham, Andy Murray, Claudia Schiffer and Roland Mouret. Prior to this he led the finance at Robert Dodds’ creative agency Freedom Media which pioneered advertiser funded programming with the Pepsi Chart TV show and raised finance to start pop teen brand Popworld, which drove Channel 4’s T4 brand on weekend mornings. He was also general manager at Parallel Media Group, a sports event promoter and TV sport content provider, establishing joint ventures with NBC Sports and subsidiaries in South Africa and Malaysia.

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte and is also a Chartered Tax Advisor and obtained an MBA from Cranfield in 2011.
